2003 -2004

Expansion as Backward integration – here they manufacture their basic raw material i.e. PET film. Put up a plant at Gandhidham to avail benefits of non-payment of excise for 5 years and non payment of sales taxes for 10 years. It also expanded and tripled its capacity of metallising, lacquering & resin manufacturing.

With this expansion the company’s capacity has risen to 800MT of metallic yarn per month.

2001-2002

Second expansion – purchased a metalliser, lacquering and laminating machine, micro slitting and hollow spindle machine.
It also started its own Resin manufacturing plant at Kim Plant.

Same year took-over a Dyes manufacturing unit for their captive consumption.

2000-2001 The first pure silver metallizing was carried out in India by the company on its start of art metallising machine.  
1997-1998

First major expansion – “M/s Sumilon Industries Limited” was floated – where in brand new metallizers of ULVAC inc. Japan were installed along with start of arts Lacquering machines and increase in capacity of metallic yarn production.

1991-1993 Floated next four units in backward area of KIM where Govt. incentives of cash subsidy and sales taxes incentives were available. Here they started activity of Lacquering of Metallized film along with production of supported and unsupported metallic yarn and also started production of ABS bobbins
1986-1989 Floated four units named “Mahesh Corporation”, “Jitendra Textiles”, “Vinayak Metallic”, and “Gajanan Industries” for manufacturing of supported metallic yarns
1981 Second unit in the name of “M/s Kapil Metallic”
1978 First manufacturing unit named “Shree Ganesh Textiles” for manufacturing of unsupported metallic yarn.
1970 The chairman started own activity (trading of metallic yarn) - capital of Rs. 10,000/-
