The product manufactured are made on the most sophisticated technology, such as vacuum metallizers from Ulvac, Japan, latest world class Lacquering machines, high speed slitters and micro slitters.

Manufacturing process
BOPET FilmThis is a Bi-Axially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate film made from PET chips which is a combination of PTA and DMT or MEG. BOPET film shares hundreds of applications from safety films in cars and windows to yarns and packaging materials.

Metallising Plain Polyester film is coated with Aluminium or Pure Silver under vacuum. Here the aluminium or pure silver is vaporised and the particles gets accumulated on the surface there by giving a metallic finish.

Coating process A metallized PET film is lacquered with protective resin to keep a glossy effect on the surface. Dyes Stuffs are mixed with resins to give various color combinations.

Wide cutting / pancake processProtective lacquered film is cut into various size pancakes.

Micro slitting and winding process - Wide cut pancake roll is being slit into various sizes while film passes through a cutting head and being wound on a spools. This system requires intensive tension control.

Twisting & Covering Process - 100 of different combination of supported yarns are prepared which are heat set & finely cone packed.
