Bottle collection

The first step in our process is the collection of used bottles. We work with trusted partners to ensure that only the highest-quality bottles are collected and sorted. These bottles are then transported to our recycling facility.

Recycling & R-PET production

Our R-PET resin is produced through a highly specialized chemical process that involves converting the flakes into monomers, which are then polymerized into resin. This process reduces the consumption of crude extracts and makes the entire process environmentally sustainable.

Films Production

Our PET films are manufactured using the R-PET resin produced in our facility.
